Investigation: Utah Division of Securities

July 8, 2025

On July 7, 2025, our attorneys made an official demand to the attorneys representing Will Vigil and entities through which he conducts business (Corporate Funding Group, LLC, Grow Marketing, and Sunnyside Equity Holdings) for a return of all client funds, including interest accrued on these funds. The demand requires the return of these funds within one week. Our attorneys are further working hard to respond to the Utah Division of Securities and secure the return of all client funds. We will keep you updated as things move forward.

As many of you are aware, there is an ongoing investigation by the Utah Division of Securities related to Hedgehog Investments and Corporate Funding Group (CFG). The Utah Division of Securities has issued a cease-and-desist order that affects our ability to take certain steps, as well as CFG. As of June 3, 2025, we have retained independent counsel to advise us in the State’s investigation and to respond to their allegations. We look forward to defending ourselves at the appropriate time. We have no further information that we can share at this time.
